A Project Manager is sought by an industry leading provider of custom Cleanrooms; the Life Science and Technology industries near Cambridge.

You will be responsible for managing turnkey solutions for clients looking to create, improve, upgrade or relocate a critical environment and providing expert advice based on a varied portfolio of Cleanroom and HVAC projects.

Delivering a range of small and large-scale design and installation projects, you will lead the development and implementation of various projects within tight timescales. You will take projects from initial enquiry, through concept, design, manufacture, installation/commissioning and handover, plan and organise project timelines using the established project management tools and Assist the chief officers to manage, co-ordinate and schedule project reviews/assessments in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction on every phase of the project.. You will also prepare complete and accurate records of assigned project activities per the established quality standards, systems and validation guidelines conduct regular project meetings with customers and the project sponsors, provide timely project updates and follow up continuously on all open critical path items.

You will also be innovative in developing lean processes for new and existing business opportunities that may include new, existing or modified cleanroom environments


To excel in this role, you need to have Previous experience within Cleanrooms or similar industries such as HVAC, prefab building design or installation. equipment and have demonstrable experience of successfully working within budgets and meeting deadlines you will be equally competent in nurturing and inspiring the staff around you as well as influencing and negotiating with all the stakeholders in the assigned projects. You will need to be dynamic, organised, driven with a track record of success in meeting project timelines in an extremely fast changing and dynamic environment

You will also need to be comfortable explaining design ideas and plans clearly to customers as well as having a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations in addition to being experienced in CAD or any other relevant design software and a willingness to learn.
