A well established, market leading designer of manufacturer of products and components within the air control and movement sector are looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to join the growing Client Services department. As a Technical Support Team Leader you will lead a team of 4 and play a pro-active role in dealing with customer enquiries and issues.

As a Technical Support Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop a team to provide technical product and service support
- Ensure technical support is readily available for all customers
- Ensuring best use of the CRM system
- Recommend solutions to customers
- Plan and deliver training to staff and customers
- Improve the depart awareness of commercial opportunities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on Technical Support Team Leader to join a well established company and play a key part in the continued success. You will come from a technical background and have a good understanding of CAD and engineering principles. As a Technical Support Engineer you will have a level head and possess the ability to approach problems with a calm and methodical approach.
