Location: London and South East

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 + vehicle + overtime

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Security Service Engineer on behalf of our client based in London and the South East. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Service Engineer to work for one of the UK's most recognised and established security companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Drive excellent customer service by working with the supervisor and Protection Net Centre Call Centre by utilising the PDA hand held system to react to service calls and PMV’s.
* Service the Banking and Commercial customer base.
* Carry out service calls on a daily basis and react to outstanding weekly PMV’s.
* Accountable for all aspects of their van stock, safety equipment and training, must be flexible in working out of hours and be presentable and professional in front of customers.
* Primary role is to drive excellent customer service by working with the supervisor and PNC Call Centre by utilising the PDA hand held system to react to service calls and PMV’s.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in Galaxy, Aritech and general Intruder alarm systems. CCTV and Access Control knowledge and experience.
* Lenel, Cortech, Indigo Vision, Genetec and S2 experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* ExStrong knowledge of the Security Systems industry.
* Be able to identify potential sales leads and pass on to sales department.
* At least 5 years’ experience in servicing security product.
* Flexible working hours.
* Fluent and confident communicator.
* Experience of dealing with customers/clients on a face to face basis.
* A great problem solver with an eye for detail.
* Can effectively manage their diary
