Continental Shift (Days & Nights) | 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00pm - 07:00am

20 Shift Days Holiday + Pension + Overtime + Training + Progression

My client is the UK's market leading maintenance service provider within the Critical Environment maintenance sector. Due to a recently won contract growth programme they are urgently seeking not one, but four Mechanical Shift Engineers to come in and join the established maintenance team whilst assisting the day to day running of this high profile critical building. This role will carry the responsibility of daily communication with the client, taking ownership of plant rooms and the general day to day maintenance of the site. Job Specification:

* Experience of Planned & Reactive Works across various building services and mechanical plant such as: Chillers, Coilers and CRAC units
* AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motors, Plumbing and bearings, also including basic fabric & electrical duties such as lighting, painting, fixing holes etc.
* Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities
* Daily communication with clients and tenants
* Strong shift experience

Package:

* Salary: £38,000 - £39,000 - Additional Company Benefits, Pension Plan, Training, Overtime
* Hours of Work: 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00pm - 07:00am
* 20 Shift Days Holiday | Private Health-care | Season Ticket Loan
* Overtime Rates: x1.5 & x2.0
* Opportunities to progress into supervisory or technical specialist roles

The Person:

* City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical or Heating & Ventilation C&G Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent (Essential)
* City & Guilds F-Gas Qualified (Highly Desirable)
* Apprentice Trained (Desirable)
* Experience in a Corporate Environment (Desirable)
* 3 Years shift experience in similar critical environment (Desirable)
* Motivated, Driven, Personable
* Customer Focus and Client Facing
* Ex-Forces Considered
