Customer Service Executive

Your new company
Hays are excited to be working with this successful organisation based in Witham, looking to recruit for Customer Service Executives due to company expansion.

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls. You will be managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and redirecting calls to the relevant department or person. You will be dealing with customers queries and complaints and clarifying information to customers.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will need to be customer focused and dedicated to delivering a high level of customer service. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and manage your time efficiently. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to build rapport quickly. Previous experience in a customer service/call centre environment is extremely desirable.
