We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join either our repayments team, in our fun, friendly office in Bury St Edmunds.

Elevate Credit International is a successful, expanding, international, Financial Technology company, with offices in the US, London and Suffolk. We offer a range of competitive online credit solutions to the millions of non-prime customers.

You will:
Your main objective as a Customer Service Representative in the Verifications team, is to be the first point of contact for our existing and potential new customers - providing a pro-active and quality service, assisting and supporting them with their queries, either by phone, email, social media or live-chat.
There is also potential to take on additional tasks and projects such as checking customer details, resolving customer issues and fraud prevention.

Do you have?
A passion for providing a great customer experience
At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role, either over the telephone or face to face
A good level of IT skills – with the ability to use Microsoft Office and learn internal systems
The ability to adapt to all types of customer situations, both vulnerable and challenging
The confidence to maintain high level of service to meet business changes and demands.
