We are currently recruiting for a part time private Cook/Chef for our client in Ascot.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on Saturday and Sunday 11am to 7pm and Thursday or Friday 2pm to 7pm
Responsibilities will include:
• Menu planning
• Budget and cost management
• Preparing and cooking meals for your client in the private home
• Mixing ingredients and creating delicious lunches and evening meals, which are catered to our clients likes and dislikes
• Managing stock
• Organising, cleaning and tidying the kitchen and utensils
• Preparing meals to be frozen and then available to the clients’ convenience
• Meeting high standards of health and hygiene and understand how to store food properly
• Understanding intolerances for nuts and other special dietary requirements

Skills required
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and etiquette skills in order to develop a working relationship with the client and understand how to prepare lunches and dinners
You will also have previous Cook/Chef experience and a clear understanding of food hygiene and health and safety.
This is an ongoing temporary role
