The apprentice will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, implementation and execution of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Who you`ll work for:

Based just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne, our client provide compliance and technical monitoring audits, primarily to the domestic energy efficiency sector.

As an Apprentice Data Analyst/ Project Co-ordinator your job includes:

- Production of Client reports and invoices - collate standardised reports to support various projects.
- Communications with field based Inspectors - day-to-day communication with the field team to assist with queries and system input.
- Track inspection progress and performance - monitor performance of Inspectors via customer satisfactions surveys and other means available/necessary.
- Identify, collect and migrate data to/ from a range of internal and external systems
- Manipulate and link different data sets as required
- Collect and compile data from different sources
- Perform database queries across multiple tables to extract data for analysis
- Use a range of analytical techniques such as data mining, time series forecasting and modelling techniques to identify and predict trends and patters in data
- Client liaison - communicate with Clients as and when required to supply reports and other necessary information.
- Process improvements - assist with the implementation of process improvements identified by the Project Management team to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Data protection and quality management - must adhere to data protection guidelines and all other QMS details.
- Work allocation - assist in the resource planning and work allocation function.
- Workforce invoicing - produce and process monthly invoicing reports for THS field team.
- Re-inspections - support the allocation and management of re-inspections in line with agreed Client SLAs.
- Maintenance of Inspector skills and HR records - ensure that Inspector records are kept up to date at all times and support the on-boarding of new Inspectors.

The role is typically office based, but travel throughout the UK may be necessary, including overnight stays away from home.

What experience and skills do I need?

You don`t need loads of professional experience in IT. However, you`ll need at least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and IT / Science.
