Are you are seeking temporary work to work or to join a market leading care agency for ongoing flexible work within the social care sector?

If so we have temporary opportunities available for people with experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues, learning disabilities, autism and/or physical disabilities.

We are recruiting for Children's Support Workers to work for an establish company that provide support and offers person centred care for children with EBD, learning disabilities and complex needs within residential or educational settings within Lancashire. The companies aims to provide enrichment both socially and educationally to young people.

Key duties could include supporting on a 1-1 basis, supporting within the residential setting, support with activities and dealing with any challenging behaviour and personal care.

Ideally you will have experience of working within this field and have a good understanding of challenging behaviour, whilst having at least 1 year's experience working within children with complex needs or 6 months with a relevant qualification (NVQ 3 in CCYP).

An up to date Team Teach Certificate would be beneficial.
