Service Desk Analyst - Reading - up to £28k

Professional service organisation are looking for an experienced 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their busy IT team, you will report to the IT Manager and must be passionate about delivering outstanding Customer Service. Resolving queries and faults with Printers, Office 2016, Internet, hardware PCs, laptops and mobile devices.

The role will be supporting the current employees providing Telephone, Deskside and Email Support across the office network. This opportunity is great for you to build a career within IT with a rapidly expanding organisation, with progression to a training possession.

Your background: Microsoft, administration with Exchange Server 2013, Windows, Office 356, Excel, Active Directory.

Ideally you will have knowledge/experience of document management software and a professional services background.
