A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, out-going and creative Sous Chef.

Your main day to day duties will be to work alongside the head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness and monitoring ordering and stocking. You will also need to provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.

The ideal candidate must have basic experience of working in a fully operational kitchen, health and safety and food hygiene certificates and also City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery or BTEC HND in professional cookery.

The salary for this role is £23,000 to £25,000!! The working week will be 5 days over any 7 and the kitchen is required to be covered between 6am - 10pm.
