My client is a leading food manufacturing company who are looking to a HR Training Assistant to help support the HR Manager.
You must have the following:
- Must have excellent previous admin experience within a HR or training function
- Must have excellent IT skills
- Must have attention to details
- Must be able to work on your own initiative and drive through improvements
- Ideally have or be working towards a level 3 CIPD
Role:
Key Duties:
• Maintain the company training matrix by inputting data regarding new starters, leavers, changes to roles and locker numbers
• Update the training matrix with dates of H&S, HR and Technical procedural sign offs for the firm
• Update the training matrix with new or amended procedures for Technical, H&S and HR
• Update the training matrix to reflect procedural sign off requirements as per QC81 Job specific matrix
• Flag and support supervisors to correct any errors in procedural sign offs
• Prepare sign off packs for new and amended procedures
• Carry out audits of the training matrix to ensure missing sign offs are captured and generate paperwork as required
• Post Adverts on the site jobs board
• Maintain the First Aid, Fire Marshall and FLT Lists
• Produce weekly KPIs
• Support with inductions and paperwork for new starters
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes
• Support the sites rewards and recognition processes
• Support the sites absence management processes
• General administrative work including photocopying, scanning and filling
• Support HR Manager with various projects that may arise
• Provide cover to support the payroll function during holiday including:
• Maintain the sites clock system on a daily basis
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data held within the clock system
• Add additional data into clock system including holidays, sickness absence, other leave etc.
• Input new starter details into the payroll systems
