Development Manager/Team Lead ( Web Applications )is required by our client based in on the outskirts of Swindon (Free parking). This role is to provide management of the web development team who are engaged on a variety of internal and external projects.

Key skills should include:

* Experience managing a team
* Experience in Agile software development targeted toward frequent, high-quality releases
* Knowledge and experience of web-based and native development and applications with an emphasis on C#, ASP. NET, SQL, HTML 4/5, CSS, Javascript, responsive design.
* Understanding of current web standards
* Understanding of process and automation involved with software quality assurance and testing and the ability to implement and improve it
* Of significant importance for this role will be the ability to communicate with technical staff, business staff and senior management appropriately.
* The successful applicant will be commercially focussed and able to contribute on a professional level to all discussions within the Business to achieve optimum results.

In return you will receive a salary to c£55,000

The role is based at our client's office in Swindon and is commutable from Bristol, Reading and Cheltenham.
