Soft Skills Required:

* Friendly, outgoing with a 'can-do' attitude
* Able to use own initiative
* Good communicator

Duties will include:

* Working along side the Head of Finance, you will be expected to assist with the following duties:
* Purchase requests
* Creating Purchase orders
* Setting up bank payments
* Keeping the database updated
* H&S policy and procedure maintenance
* Assisting with the Management of suppliers
* Co-ordinating with various departments, ensuring best practices are shared

Hard Skills Required:

* Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Sage 50 experience preferred but not essential
* Previous first aid/fire/H&S training advantageous
* Previous Accounts experience an advantage
