Our prestigious manufacturing client is now looking to appoint a driven and commercially aware International Sales Coordinator into their Project Team
Working as as key member of the Project sales team, the successful candidate will be required to bid for and win major contracts and other important purchase orders

Daily responsibilities will include:
•Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers and develop key accounts
•Achieve personal and departmental targets
•Win new business and maximise sales opportunities
•Compiling and submitting bids for Projects tenders
•Closing out subsequent technical clarifications and commercial negotiations
•Liaising with colleagues and agents to influence customers and ensure that bids are converted
•Sending export quotations to International customers
•Following up on all quotes and bids until closure is received
•Proactive management of workload to ensure deadlines are met
•Responding quickly to technical and commercial requests from existing and potential customers
•Solving problems quickly when they arise, either individually or by working with or delegating to other team members as appropriate
•Overseeing the progress of sales orders through the business to ensure on-time delivery and overall customer satisfaction
•Other tasks, duties and side projects as and when required by the Company

Essential Requirements:
•Commercially aware with a tenacious, winning mentality
•Good organisational and prioritisation skills
•Able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
•Good computer skills – sound knowledge of MS Office, mainly Word, Excel and Acrobat
•Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
•Outgoing personality and good at building relationships
•Flexibility for travel
