We are currently recruiting for a Sales/Telesales Executive to join a highly successful Alton based financial services company starting as soon as possible. You will be working for a highly ambitious company who pride themselves in providing each and every customer with outstanding service.

The purpose of this Telesales/Sales Executive role is to manage your own warm leads from customers who have applied online or over the phone for a specific product. You will qualify the lead, run through the customer's options with them and guide them through the buying process. There isn't a single bit of cold calling; you'll just need to provide outstanding service to customers and be willing to learn.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly confident on the phone and keen to provide outstanding customer service. You must be comfortable working towards targets and have a keen eye for detail.

A basic salary of £18,000-£24,000 is on offer, plus an OTE of around £36,000 (commission is uncapped). Additional benefits include full training, progression and ongoing development, 22 days holiday (rising with service) and much more.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch. One day per week you will be required to work later but will have this time back in lieu. The company is open seven days a week so you will need to be flexible to work some weekends, again with time off in lieu.
