They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join them on an 18 Month contract to work closely with their IT Infrastructure Manager.
You will be providing first level IT support for PC`s and software assisting your colleagues across the business. This will include troubleshooting, producing `how to` information for teams and providing support to users at other company locations.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role, with either an A Level, Diploma or equivalent in an IT related subject. Working knowledge of MS Windows Server Active Directory and MS Exchange as well of experience and understanding of operating systems including Windows XP Pro & Windows 7.
You will need to be confident working independently when required and have a professional and personable manner.
