Front End Developer required for a well-known digital agency in Soho who are going through the most exciting time in their 20 year history. You'll be a passionate web developer with strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills who is looking for a fast paced and challenging role.

The Company:

A forward thinking digital agency who historically focused on delivering first class intranets and extranets for a highly desirable list of clients. Over the last few years, they have decided to put their focus on delivering a full suite of digital solutions from website re-designs, mobile applications and anything in between. This change in strategic direction has resulted in a host of major project wins, industry awards and most importantly a growing, motivated and talented team.

They have a great culture in the office, with a work hard, play hard attitude which I managed to see first-hand on a recent visit. The office is always buzzing with multiple projects on going at once, a well-stocked beer fridge and lots of banter.

Along with a number of social activities throughout the year, you will also benefit from a flexible working environment, pension and multiple other benefits.

Due to the success they've been having and the growth in the team, they filled their first small London office and have just moved to a new premises in Soho.

The Role:

You'll be working on multiple projects at any one time, meaning you'll have to be happy to juggle your time to make sure deadlines are met. The fast paced environment will see you work on greenfield and brownfield solutions, including mobile applications, complete website upgrades and complex intranets / extranets.

From a technical perspective, you'll be strong across all the usual customers when it comes to front end development - HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Any knowledge of or interest in UX and Graphic Design would be beneficial but not essential.

They have adapted Agile to suit their needs which often changes slightly depending on the customers need. However, they generally try to follow daily stand ups and work in 2 week sprints if possible.

The Person:

You will thrive in this environment if you're hard working, up for a challenge, can handle pressure and want to work with people that don't take themselves too seriously.

Due to the amount of work they have on, this role is very much urgent as the current workload is stretching the current front end team quite thin. As a result, they can arrange interviews very quickly and are happy to be flexible around your calendar.
