This is a home-based role but will require travel around multiple sites 50-80% of the time. As the Quality Manager, your duties will include:

• Providing quality related advice to Directors and Operational Management within the company.
• Maintaining and developing the QMS.
• Developing and influencing stakeholders to complete action plans to address issues raised.
• Implementing ISO 9001:2015 compliant QMS.
• Completing compliance related audits with suppliers, sub-contractors and internal stakeholders where required.
• Analysing and reporting on quality performance to internal and external clients.
• Promoting and raising awareness within the contract in relation to matters that impact the QMS.
• Reviewing core and contract related processes and procedures, making achievable modifications if necessary.
• Conducting management reviews and managing the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the core standards.
• Identifying risks and opportunities pertaining to core QMS requirements.
• Undertaking and managing the ISO 9001 external certification and surveillance process.
• Assisting and supporting operational and technical support teams in order to improve performance, results and compliance levels as required.

To be a successful Quality Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrable QM technical knowledge.
• A strong multi-service and multi-site contract facilities management background.
• An understanding of statutory compliance related matters relating to the delivery of hard and soft service facilities management provision as well as the ability to engage with teams outside of control and delegation.
• A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal awareness and influencing skills.

In return, the Manager will receive a salary of £36,000 per annum.
