I am working on behalf of a reputable elderly service provider that requires an experienced Branch Manager for their Wigan branch.

The Company:
This expanding organisation is going from strength to strength and is delivering high quality care. The personal touch is never lost. They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation. They currently deliver around 800 hours / week and their last CQC inspection result was `Good` overall.

The Branch/The role:
This particular branch has been running since 2012. They are a friendly, family run, passionate and continually evolving home care branch, who`s main purpose is to deliver high quality care to their clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the number of hours delivered for the branch, maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services, ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.
This role is a full-time role, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Person:
You will be a strong & experienced registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ level 5 is desirable however not absolutely necessary, dependant on experience of the applicant.

The Salary:
£35,000 Basic + Benefits
