Head of IT Infrastructure and Support

Work closely with client's IT function to help develop group IT proposition.


* Combine support and infrastructure services/practices for the end to end IT lifecycle for Laptops, desktops, servers, business applications and mobile devices.
* Indentify education and development needs, then address them through coaching, mentoring and training.
* Provide support and guidance for incidents and on-call team members when required.
* Support regulatory requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery.

Skills and experience:

* In-depth understanding of MS Active Directory and Windows operating systems.
* Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network topologies, technologies and methodologies.
* Microsoft Exchange.
* Desktop deployment and application packaging and configuration.
* Incident, problem and change management.
