Excellent opportunity available for a Social Media Promotion Coordinator to join a growing Marketing team for a well known recruitment company near the Solihull area, the company pride themselves on there culture and reputation in their industry, the ideal candidate will have the aspirations of stamping there mark on social media.

The social media (paid) promotion co-ordinator will be broadly responsible for creating and managing high impact campaigns across multiple social media platforms for a number of different contract clients.

Key responsibilities will include:
To produce (with the assistance of the Head of Digital Marketing and the Head of PR and Communications), own and deliver an engaging content strategy and co-ordinate multiple paid campaigns for Pertemps contract clients. Working closely with the in-house social media team and wider digital team the role will assist in;
-Driving job applications
-Increasing brand / campaign awareness
-Increasing candidate traffic
-Own the day-to-day management of multiple social media channels for various contracts
-Create, own and manage multiple paid social media campaigns / promotions
-Create and write SEO rich content
-Generate engaging and on-brand content to appeal to the target audience/reach business objectives
-Propose new ways to attract candidates and social traffic - i.e., promotions and competitions
-Produce reports based on measuring ROI in order to improve campaign performance
-Manage customer feedback and handle all queries
-Liaise with industrial / contract sites within the UK to create social campaigns to meet business objectives.
-Ensuring a consistent message/style across all digital platforms
-Work with other social media personnel throughout the Group for the purposes of sharing information and best practice.
-Daily updating of all social media channels
-To keep abreast of and feed in new innovations within the digital landscape to ensure our online presence keeps at the forefront of the industry
-Contribute to an environment where everyone can collaborate on producing the very best work
-Assist the roll out of new digital projects

To be considered for this role you must have a background working within Social Media Marketing

-Experienced in managing social media platforms
-Experience of using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
-Previous experience in writing content optimised for the web / social
-Excellent written and communication skills
-A creative eye for design
-Passionate about content and social media
-Creative and proactive
-Sound time and project management skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-A creative & digitally savvy candidate

If you have Video editing skills this is advantageous

The company offer a fantastic benefits package and a salary between £18,000 to £21,000 depending on experience, working hours of 9am till 17.3pm.
