Business Development Manager: Want to be a part of an innovative, successful and growing company? Want to make a difference? Want to hit sales targets and earn bonus? We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to lead our growth within the South-West of UK (M3, M4 corridor).

Having established a very strong position within the UK acute healthcare sector, GAMA Healthcare has created a new sales division to focus better on the non-acute markets within the UK.

As Business Development Manager, you will work with channel partners and end users alike to deliver year on year sales growth across a variety of target markets and industries including Dental practices, GP practices, Care Homes, Hospices, Veterinary Clinics, Pharmacy, as well as non-healthcare markets such as Retail, Hospitality and Catering amongst many others.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Managing your own diary to win new customers in the South West England
* Working with key distributors and wholesalers to make our products widely available.
* Developing long term relationships with key decision makers within account base
* Providing training and product support to distributors and customers in your territory.
* Promoting the company and support the field sales team at local and national shows

Skills and Attributes
* A natural networker with proven ability to build strong customer relationships
* Proven sales and relationship management experience
* Experience of delivering presentations to different audiences
* Ideally 3-4 years sales experience, ideally in a consumables business
* A relevant degree to the role is desired but not essential

This is a field based role, but the ideal candidate will live within the South West Region. You will be provided with a full induction and product training before commencing the role full time.
