The Huntercombe Group is one of the leading specialist care providers in the UK, providing treatment in the areas of Mental Health and Addictions, Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS), Learning Disabilities and Children Specialist Services.

Home Based with travel required predominantly in the South.

We are seeking a TEC Trainer • Home based, ideally in the South where support is required for our Southern based sites but must be willing to travel across the UK as cover for other trainers may be required.

To join The Huntercombe Group as a TEC Trainer you will:

• Be required to learn and understand the applications supported by the TEC team
• Deliver training on these applications
• Work as a part of the TEC team, training The Huntercombe Group users, using a variety of formats and media
• Conduct monitoring activities to ensure that The Huntercombe Group systems and procedures are being adhered to where requested
• Liaise with Sites in planning and delivery of training and implementation in response to business requirements, including locating and organising training facilities, together with production of literature and materials
• Providing on-going practical support to Sites and Units, covering all systems, answering all queries and advising related The Huntercombe Group Departments where necessary

• Relevant applications and vendors (or similar equivalents), e.g. The Coldharbour Enterprise Suite, ACS Carenotes, and the QlikView Management Information tool; also Talentia HR and MS Dynamics CRM systems
• Knowledge & experience of using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio & Powerpoint
• Drive effective change management initiatives
• Make constructive contributions and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
• Must have own vehicle & clean driving licence (expenses will be covered for travel and any overnight stays)
