Masterclass Education are recruiting for an English and Humanities teacher to work in an independent SEND provision. The role is to commence in September 2017.

Are you looking for your next career move? This role would suit someone who is already working in an SEND school or maybe working as an inclusion teacher within a mainstream school.

The school is a small independent SEMH provision for young people aged 8-18 years. The needs of the young people vary and the school caters for upto 25 young people.

The school have a very clear goal on what they want to achieve for each young person who comes through their doors, they provide a safe environment to help young people rebuild their hopes and enable them to have a better future.

In the role you will support the aims and ethos of the school and support inclusion of pupils through their re-integration into education services.

To be successful in the role as an English and Humanities teacher you will-
*Hold a teaching qualification
*Act as a bridge for excluded pupils at the point of contact to facilitate inclusion
*Be experienced with young people with Social, emotional and mental health needs
*Improve pupil behaviour for inclusion and learning
