A leading technology organisation that prides itself on delivering service excellence across all its key clients. The company is an IT Managed Service provider with an abundance of high profile clients. Services delivered are mission critical and carry varying levels of complexity.

The Role

The Service Manager will lead client engagement and have responsibility to ensure that the client services are designed and delivered to key deliverable's and to the required standard of quality, within specified SLA's
To be fully accountable for the development and design of services for key clients, as well as up selling and consulting on new service solutions
Lead the implementation of new services and governance
Lead and develop key relationships
Manage key stakeholder relationships
Document, design and deliver Cloud based and traditional IT Managed Services

The Person

Min 3+ Years’ experience within a Service Delivery/Service Management role for an IT Service Provider
Have experience managing the implementation and update of services governance/methodology
Good understanding of IT Managed Services, Infrastructure Services or Cloud Services
Experience if business change and transformation
Keen to develop a career within a fast-paced dynamic environment
Approachable and dedicated candidate with great communication skills
Good understanding of Service Management principals - ITIL etc.
Excellent attitude and desire to succeed
