Our client a market leader within financial services is currently recruiting a highly passionate, motivated and enthusiastic HR Systems Specialist to join their Manchester based office on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of HR, your duties will include:

* Supporting and managing the continuous improvement of the HRIS system

* Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the business

* Set up and manage projects that will develop the initial implementation

* Maintain and develop a standard suite of MI reporting

Essential skills:

* Minimum 1 years hands on experience of HR Systems

* Manage and run projects that develop the system to address business needs

* Experience of running reports on a weekly, monthly and Ad-Hoc basis

Within this autonomous role and as part of the senior management team you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on this HR & Payroll System and make it your own.
