Adecco are proud to be working with an organisation in Dover who are seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide Marketing and Administrative support to the Business Development Director with specific responsibilities for social media.

The salary for this role is £21,000 and you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Duties include...
*Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
*Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
*Writing articles and promotional material for the company for external PR.
*Preparing interesting written copy for the website and liaising with website design team
*Follow up and analyse leads.
*Manage social channels, blogs and online content, in liaison with SEO marketing company
*Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
*Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications

Qualifications and Experience...
*Maths and English GCSE Grade C and above (or equivalent)
*Dealing with local press
*12 months' experience working in a marketing administration environment
*Social Media marketing experience
*Motivated, with ability to work under pressure
*CMS (Content Management System)
*Hold full, clean driving license, with access to own transport

Experience using the following would be essential...
*Microsoft packages
*Google Analytics
*Facebook Ad Manager
*Twitter Ad Manager
*Adobe Photoshop

You must be/have...
*Good telephone manner & excellent customer service skills
*Good team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
*Flexible to the needs of the business
*Able to work under pressure
*Meet deadlines
*Excellent networking skills
*Ability to analyse processes and implement change
