Project Manager required to join a leading Housing Association at their office based in London SE1. Your role as Project Manager will be to produce Neighbourhood Plans across key local authority areas, identifying the asset sustainability across their housing stock. Generate option appraisal arising from Neighbourhood Plans, develop these options (which may include further investment, disposal or conversion) and work up-proposals ready for approval.

PAYE rate: £20.94 - £24.63
LTD rate: £26.40 - £31.05
Salary: £39,000 - £46,000(Dependent on Experience)
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible)
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours

**You will be positioned at the London office and will be mobile as this is a national role. Expenses will be covered for accommodation and travel**

Requirements:

* Educated to Degree, HNC, or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, or possess relevant experience.
* Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.
* Knowledge of current relevant legislation in the Asset Management environmental and Health & Safety.
* Understanding of asset management option appraisal processes and NVP financial modelling.
* Understanding of data management and IT systems.
* Understanding of asset management investment models.
* Understanding of disposal and sales process.
* Understanding of resident consultation process.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Produce clear and coherent reports to senior management.§
* Ability to interpret asset management data.
* Ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to think laterally around a problem to reach solutions.
* Experience of producing various types of asset related option appraisals and presenting the outcomes to senior management.
* Experience of developing option appraisals into detailed works packages for regeneration projects, ready for tender.
* Experience of obtaining funding to support the budget.
* Experienced and familiar with the process of obtaining planning permissions.
* Experience of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Experienced in the process of managing asset disposals.
* To produce project plans.
* Willingness to travel with some overnight stays.
