A large, award winning multi site venue are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for their newly refurbished brasserie within a busy hotel.
You will be preparing quality fresh food from local produce, supporting the kitchen team with excellent hygiene practices and health and safety procedures. The ideal Chef de Partie will have similar experience in a large venue kitchen, preparing and serving fresh ingredients. The Sous Chef will be an ambitious and experienced Chef de Partie looking for the next step up or an existing Sous chef wanting their next challenge.
Salary starting from national minimum wage for CDPs and up to £24,000 for a Sous dependent on experience. Full time 5 days over 7, 40 hours a week, straight shifts
