Route to Market: Window Fabricators & Installers, House Builders, Local Authorities & Main Contractors
Salary / Package: £35,000 - £40,000

Our Client

Our client is a Manufacturer who is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover South East England sales territory.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Work to deliver the company’s business strategy and targets in an ethical and sustainable way.

Effectively manage, support and develop the customer base within your defined geographical area, covering all elements of specification, fabrication and installation.

Identify business growth opportunities in areas including commercial specification, new fabricators, buy-in options, range options, and customer growth plans.

Secure the development of sales performance of new and existing customers, through compelling sales pitches and delivery of joint commitments.

Secure a solid understanding of the whole value chain, connecting from systems’ company all the way through to home owner, so that discussions and business proposals are compelling and actionable.

Embrace and lead change by re-examining approach to work in order to be more efficient and effective in securing outcomes and delivering the customer experience.

Add value beyond just your own sales area, bringing ideas, opportunities, knowledge development and good practice forward for all.

Build relationships and methods to influence the wider business in pursuing excellence in our customer delivery and reputation.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry, the broader environment, customer and competitor activities and demonstrate how that knowledge is shaping focus and outcomes.

Experience Required:

5 years+ External Sales experience
Construction & Building products industry background
