This modern, forward- thinking and innovative business which is based close to Dartford is looking to recruit a Service Desk Customer Advisor who is enthusiastic and has excellent interpersonal skills. ***This is an IT support role so must have good understanding of IT) ***

• Working as part of the service desk team
• Responsible for maintaining the customer communication and the flow of information
• Provide first class customer service in calm, professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers through technical changes
• Co-ordinate 3rd party resources to resolve issues
• Update in-house system to ensure all information is recorded
• Produce KPI’s and service reports

• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for new technology with a working knowledge of MS Productivity suite and confident user of web based applications
• Demonstrable customer service mind set
• Excellent documentation capability
• Logical approach to problem solving
