A temporary position has arisen working for our client who are a leader in their industry. Forever expanding, they are looking for administrators to assist in the email response team. This predominantly involves emailing clients who are in their renewal periods as well as general customer service emailing.

The Role:
• Contacting clients via email regarding their insurance renewal policy.
• Contacting clients via email regarding their customer service queries.
• Sending quotations and providing information about the company’s other products.
• This is a temporary role looking to last 3 – 6 months.
• Earn holiday pay whilst working.
• This is an email support role – no telephone work required.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent administration skills.
• Able to work 1 in 4 weekends (you do have 2 days off in the week)
• Be computer literate
• Good team player.
• Be available for interview from the 26th July and able to start work on August 14th if successful.
• You must be able to provide photographic ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (mobile phone bills are not acceptable)

£8.54 per hour.
Weeks 1 – 3
Mon – Thur 9am – 5.30pm Fri 9am – 5pm

Week 4
3 weekdays 9am – 5.30pm Saturday 9am - 5.30pm Sunday 9am – 5pm
