IT Service Management Lead / Change Manager

£40,000 to £50,000 + benefits

Manchester – Central

We are currently working with an industry leading retail business who are going through a major transformation. They are looking to build an IT function with the capability to deliver a portfolio which encompasses a major part of the business. We are looking for people who can bring excellent people skills and a genuine passion for great service. In return you will have the opportunity to progress your career in a business that puts the people at the focus of its strategy and a chance to make a big impact. Working with the Head of Service you will work to increase the maturity in the ITIL process and champion these across the business. Change management will be the big initial focus but you will need knowledge around other areas such as incident and problem management for later down the line.


* Define processes aligning to the ITIL framework

* Deliver reporting

* Define and deliver service improvements to the change management process

* Provide matrix management and service direction to retail IT teams


* Strong Leadership skills

* Proven track record in service / change management

* Mixture of experience across infrastructure and application

* Can drive change

* Can work in in a 24/7 fast paced environment

* At least foundation Level ITIL accreditation

* Strong stake holder and 3rd party management experience
