The Service Desk Senior Analyst will provide second line support to the clients via the IT Help Desk, responding to and investigating a range of incidents, requests, enquiries and queries raised by customers and provide expert technical advice on a wide range of systems and technologies.

You will be employed by a local NHS practice, who are looking to employ multiple service desk analysts to join their team on a temporary basis though Brook Street, who have been trading for 70 years and celebrating that anniversary this year as the most experienced employment agency on the market.

You will be supporting the management team in delivering the aims and objectives of the service, working within service levels and KPI`s and ensure that the reporting procedures are adhered to. You will be providing a comprehensive second line support service meeting agreed deadlines and service level agreements, positively contributing to stakeholder and client relationships to deliver the aims of the service.

You will have a relevant diploma or extensive knowledge/experience of an equivalent level. You will have experience of working in a senior support role within a technical team providing services direct to the client base, and experience in working and engaging with a variety of senior staff. You will have experience of working to KPI`s and have a customer focused mindset.
