I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join my client at their domiciliary care branch located in Barnsley.

You will be predominately based from the Barnsley site however approximately 2 days a week you will be required to travel to another site near to Rotherham, approximately 30 minutes' drive away.

This branch is experiencing a period of growth and they will be soon looking to split the hours once a new Coordinator is appointed.

Along with a good starting salary, there will be the option to increase this by approximately £3,000 across a 6 month period, depending on performance.

*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role

The Position:
You will be joining an existing staff team and report directly in the Registered Manager of the branch. Your duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Create and distribute rotas for all staff members
- Take part in the branch 'on call rota' which works out as 1 day in every 5
- Assist with recruitment and staff training
- Complete supervisions
- Cover care calls (as a last resort if other staff members aren't available)

The Person:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as minimum, ideally
- Previous experience in a coordinating role within domiciliary care
- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of local area (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and surrounding localities)
