Temporary position as a Facilities Coordinator for an Educational Facility based in Wimbledon.

Initially for 2-3 months, you will work alongside the existing facilities co-ordinator to liaise between the FM department and contractors on all works to be carried out within the building. These will be either new project work, maintenance or repairs to pupil damage.

You will get best value for money by applying for a minimum of 3 quotes.

Ordering of ICT equipment as required.

Reporting to the Group Business Director on costs, usage, damage costs, value for money etc.

Take a lead on Health on Safety across all sites including liaising with external contractors and ensuring adequate checks on site are being undertaken

Th ideal candidate will be someone who is IT literate, a quick learner, has attention to detail, personable, able to speak to both non-technical school staff and contractors, and comfortable keeping administration systems up to date as well as writing reports
