Facilities Building Manager - Site Based

My client is a leading provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical solutions.

A Facilities Building Manager is required to oversee the day to day provision of building maintenance and facilities management services to a large-scale single retail environment.

The Facilities Building Manager will be responsible for the provision of both hard and soft facilities management and property services to include M&E maintenance, utilities, hygiene, security and grounds & landscaping to a large-scale retail facility located in Manchester.

The Facilities Building Manager will manage contractors, ensure permits and RAMS are in place, management of service charges, plan maintenance services and supervise technical and non-technical staff.

The Facilities Building Manager will ensure the provision of facilities management and property services in line with client scope, in line with KPI's & SLA and to the highest of standards due to the high specification nature of the environment.

Candidate Requirements

* Building Services Engineering qualified i.e. Electrical and/or HVAC discipline/further training
* Health & Safety qualified to either NEBOSH and/or IOSH standard
* TFM delivery expertise, with a particular emphasis on M&E hard services, to corporate site environments i.e. Retail.
* TFM delivery experience (Hard Services biased) to a retail environment, be that large scale single and/or multi-site environments would extremely advantageous
* Although M&E hard services biased, a strong knowledge and understand of Soft FM & Property Services is required.
* Service Charge & Budgetary experience is essential
* Possess and demonstrate excellent communication and client interfacing skills due to the nature of the position and the site environment.
* IT proficient i.e. Microsoft package

Please Note the following points:

* £45,000
* 37.5 average hours per week
* Rota working: 3 days on, 6 days off - 0700 - 20.00
* Rota includes covering weekends - Sundays (Apply online only)
* 22 days holiday plus statutory days
