Our client based in Poole has an immediate requirement for an experienced Retail Advisor. The role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to all shop volunteers and sales company customers.

You will be required to provide operational support to a network of shops, volunteers and sales customers whilst also regularly communicating with and reporting information to the management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• To respond to all incoming calls, letters and enquiries received via the Retail Helpdesk email inbox
• To provide operational support to the Management teams.
• To liaise with shops and branches on all related matters, supplying relevant trading support materials.
• Input and administer the annual stock take.
• Monitor invoices, direct debits, standing orders, service orders, and volunteer expenses prior to sign off.
• Administer all Health and Safety issues arising from risk assessments.
• Maintain PDQ services both internally and externally.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of all data creations and amendments relating to stock orders from shops and branches.
• Handle, resolve and report on basic levels of complaint.
• Action and respond to all enquiries and customer feedback generated by the Mail

The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys customer service focused roles where the telephone is the main method of communication. You must be able to manage and prioritise your own workload, be a confident communicator and enjoy dealing with people.
An NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services and experience of using Microsoft Dynamics AX would be a distinct advantage.

This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract and there is an immediate start available for the right candidate. 37 hours a week Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £9.99 per hour
