Title: Administrator/Scheduler

Our Client is recruiting for an experienced Administrator/Scheduler based at its office in Luton Town Centre. You will work as part of a team in a busy help desk environment, where excellent customer service has to be delivered on every call, ensuring that all jobs are completed within agreed timescales and all appointments are kept.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Being the first point of call with customers and dealing with their enquiries
• Dealing with phone and e-mail enquiries
• Using a variety of different software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Usage of our in-house systems
• Liaising with colleagues and external contacts
The ideal applicant should have:
• Previous experience in administrative roles
• Experience of planning, allocating and scheduling maintenance work for operatives
• Be computer literate and confident with Microsoft office
• GCSE’s 5 A-C’s including Maths and English
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you are the first point of contact for the company, liaising directly with customers, taking calls from policy holders wishing to discuss a repair.
