Adecco are proud to be working with a company in Ashford who are seeking a Digital Co-ordinator; the main purpose of this role is to assist with the implementation of marketing initiatives. To build, sell and upload email campaigns for their clients, building strong and effective relationships. Overseeing and constantly updating the website, ensuring it is current at all times and actively promoting via social media

Responsibilities:
* You will need to deliver excellent Customer Service.
* Build strong and effective relationships with all clients.
* Meet regularly with internal sales and client services teams to review process and performance issues and areas for improvement together with action plans and timelines.
* Share information and client requirements with the sales and client services teams to identify issues and opportunities to further enhance relationships and business objectives.
* Regularly communicate with all clients by phone and email to seek email opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

* The ability to stay calm under pressure, good time management, organisational skills and ability to keep to deadlines
* A high professional approach to all aspects of work and personal presentation
* A flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile with enthusiasm and commitment

This role is Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week and it is maternity cover.
