An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global ICT business who are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to focus on selling consumer products into Retail customers in the UK.

This person will be responsible for my clients sales of Consumer products across the UK, including Mobile Phones, Tablets, Wearable's and PC's into Key Retail Partners. The candidate will be expected to perform all aspects of sales management including creating & executing the strategy for Key Accounts in line with corporate objectives.

* Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with new customers
* Build and maintain C-level executive relationships across all customers
* Create detailed sector business plan & strategy and execute against implementation plan consistent with business goals
* Sales management of pipeline opportunities, account planning and CRM for key retail customers
* Develop, mentor and coach sales individuals including performance management within team
* Work with and influence all other UK cross matrix functional teams to ensure successful delivery/deployment of projects
* Active contribution and participation within the UK Senior Management Team forums
* Manage and coordinate key activities between the business and the customer. Promote the full range of the company's solutions to defined customers.
* Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations into targeted customer base.
* Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable.
* Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growth.
* Lead, monitor and manage all the new customers related business delivered successfully.

* Preferred work experience in UK Telecommunication or IT industry.
* Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for retail customers for Tablets, Wearables and PC's.
* Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and Buying level
* Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
* Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Mobile Phones, Tablets, Smartwatches, PC's.
* Detailed knowledge of retail business models and management strategies.
