The genuine market leaders in a burgeoning sector, InsureTech, are offering the opportunity for a junior mid level .NET developer to join and enhance their skillset drastically through working across a variety of exciting projects under a paired programming environment.

InsureTech is the largest sector within start-ups in the US, and this organisation are really leading the charge within the UK, from their picturesque Kingston location. The role has come about as part of an internal shift towards working under paired programming, offering the opportunity to work in close quarters with a brilliant Senior Engineer. The pairs will rotate across greenfield projects ensuring a continued variety within the position.

The CTO sees this as an opportunity for a junior/mid developer to gain a lot within the position and as such isn't asking for a wealth of experience in order to be considered. Realistically, all that is required is a couple of years or so working on robust .NET applications (C#, MVC) with a desire, if not experience of, working in a team that really values best practices. Prior experience of paired programming would certainly be an advantage but isn't entirely necessary.
