THE leaders in cloud-based engineering, responsible for the biggest Azure deployment to date, are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with extensive back-end experience (C#, Microservices, WebAPI) to drive public-facing greenfield projects within the business, under best practices (paired programming, TDD, SOLID).

The organisation in question have carved a niche out for themselves as the go-to people for cloud-based solutions, in both Azure and AWS. Their unique and forward-thinking approach to engineering has ensured they have delivered a plethora of next-generation solutions to a whole host of sectors (e-commerce, financial, public bodies, law).

The perfect Technical Lead is one who has a genuine engineering mind-set and can see past the technology they are using to decipher how it can be adapted to solve a genuine business problem. Given that this role has a huge focus on back-end, it is expected the Technical Lead can demonstrate a strong history in building a variety of back-end enterprise solutions. A genuine appreciation of best engineering practice is a must, however cloud experience isn't a necessity (although it's obviously nice to have).
