I am recruiting for a Registered Nurse for a 73-bedded dual registered home which provides nursing and residential care with focus to residents on the dementia spectrum, this includes those who are physically active, to people who may have medical conditions complicated by living with dementia and those who require end of life care.

Your responsibilities as a Registered Nurse will include:

* Providing care and support to service users
* Supervising and instructing Care Assistants in their day to day delivery of care
* Through a lead by example approach you will carry out staff management functions involving supervisions and annual reviews
* Ensure care plans and risk assessments are in place and being adhered to

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and have a previous knowledge and experience of working with people on the dementia pathway, some of whom will have complex needs.
