A cloud-based consultancy that have made a name for themselves building enterprise solutions for organisations as diverse as ASOS, JLT and Channel 4 are looking to on-board a senior .NET engineer (C#, Restful services) in order to tackle the exciting pipeline of greenfield projects coming up over the next 18 months.

As a business, this consultancy couldn't be further away from the typical consultancies who are happy to take on any project that turns a profit regardless of how uninspiring it is for their engineers. This consultancy is one that has three core competencies when choosing a project:
1) It MUST use the latest technologies
2) It MUST be greenfield
3) It must encompass cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
Contrary to assumptions, this hasn't hindered their growth. Rather, they now look to bring in more engineers in order to cope with the demand on their services.

The brilliant part about this fantastic role is that the Senior Engineer doesn't necessarily need to come from a background that has encompassed the use of cloud. This consultancy's take on hiring, is that good engineers can pick up new technologies. With that in mind, they regard an engineering mind-set as being above everything else in terms of what is required to do the role.

The role will offer clear progression for those who want it. From a consultant position, there is scope to move into a Technical Lead position and even into a Principle Consultant.
