The company:

My client is a domiciliary care agency in York who provide high quality, tailor made care to service users in their own homes. Care is provided to a range of different ages and capabilities, including dementia, learning disabilities, adults, elderly, respite, palliative, to name a few. Our client holds a GOOD CQC and treat their staff with as much respect as the service users.

The role:

This is a multi-role position as you will be required to provide a range of different care to service users, as well as work within the office as part of the admin team.

Care can range from personal care to taking the service users into the community.

Admin will include care plans, liaising with social services, using microsoft documents etc.

The client is looking for someone who can be flexible, use their own initiative and is wanting to grow in a career, moving into team leader or management positions.

You will be trained to a high standard but throughout both roles, customer focus is key


* Customer focused with excellent customer service skills
* Admin skills, including typing and microsoft packages
* Organised and efficient with a real passion for the industry
* Care certificate / NVQ level 2
* Happy with all levels of care for a range of different needs

The package:

Working 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends, hours available 7am-10pm. The client is offering a fantastic £8.50 per hour with career progression available. Being a driver with your own transport is an advantage and you would be paid mileage, however, if you would prefer to cycle the company can provide access to a bicycle.

You will receive free uniform, free DBS, free training, good holiday's and a relaxed, friendly and flexible team
