We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist/ administration assistant for our Glasgow Clinic. This role is for 30 hours per week and on a shift basis which will include late evenings and weekends so flexibility of applicants is essential.
Duties will include answering the phone, keeping the reception area tidy, meeting and greeting patients, first class customer service skills, liaising with other members of staff and helping to ensure a smooth running of the clinic. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming disposition and the ability to make our patients feel 'at ease'

This role is predominantly based on our reception however there will be some administrative duties to undertake from time to time therefore applicants must have the ability and confidence to problem solve and to handle sometimes difficult customer / staffing situations. Working to high levels of patient confidentiality you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload, previous administrative experience is essential as is an excellent telephone manner.
The successful applicant will also be highly organized and have strong computer skills (including Microsoft word and Excel). A genuine interest in the industry and a passion for high levels of customer care is paramount.
