Bailey Care Services (BCS) is looking to appoint a Trainee Care Coordinator to join our existing and successful care services team based in Melksham, Wiltshire. The key functions of this role are selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, recruiting workers, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.

The Package:

* Everyone who joins the company will be rewarded with a starting salary of £17,500 per annum and an uncapped commission scheme, after full training.

* Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days, annually after first 12 months employment and inclusive of statutory holidays.

* Hours of Work: Your working week will consist of 42.5 hours with 1 hour’s lunch break each day
