We are currently working with a fast-growing, well established private medical clinic in Chelsea. They are searching for an experienced, personable, independent medical secretary to support the principle surgeon and to assist with the growth of the clinic.

The successful candidate will have, ideally, worked in obstetrics and gynaecology and within a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be highly organised, pro-active and empathetic to others as this is imperative for the role.

The clinic will be expanding at a vast rate over the next few years and because of this the client requires someone who is wanting to contribute to this growth and be an integral member of the team. Office management and business development experience would be beneficial to assist with the expansion.

The duties include but are not limited to:

- Diary management
- Liaising with all patients, visitors, consultants and clinics
- General administrative duties such as filing and patient correspondence
- Liaising with VIPs and UHNWIs
- Responsible for all incoming enquiries
- Data entry and transfer
- Raising and processing invoices
- Ad-hoc tasks that may be requested by the principle.

This is a permanent, full time position offering a salary of up to £28,000 (dependant on experience).
